Request access to the Electronic Annual Reporting System (eAR) application within the WBKey single sign-on system.
If you have not previously registered with WBKey, you will need to create an account with an email and password that's shared between Water Boards applications that use WBKey. On your first login you will be asked to configure multifactor authentication (MFA) on an authenticator app on mobile device, phone (SMS text or voice call), or email.
